Download the Webinar Conference Software Plug-In

A small Webinar conference plug-in is required for first-time users before you log on. Once the Webinar conference software plug-in is installed, choose the register link for the session you want to attend. An e-mail with logon instructions will be sent out to all attendees.

Choose this link to learn more about how to use JAWS with the Webinar conference software. On this page you'll also find a table of keystrokes, including those built-in to the Webinar software as well as JAWS-specific keystrokes for the conference room.

Scripts are now included in JAWS 10.0.1139 and later to enhance the experience of using the Webinar conference software. If you are using JAWS 10.0.1139 or later you do not need to install the scripts. As one example, the scripts take care of silencing progress bar announcements for JAWS users when a moderator is talking, and also give better feedback when navigating in the conference room. Only choose this link to download a set of script files for JAWS prior to 10.0.1139. The script files should be unzipped to your user settings folder. Here's how to get to your user settings folder easily:

  1. Press the WINDOWS Key to open the Start Menu.
  2. Move to and open the JAWS program group.
  3. Choose Explore JAWS.
  4. Choose Explore My Settings.
